For anyone who is interested in assisting with the compiling and writing of the 50 year history of Wirrabara from 1974 to the 150 year Anniversary in 2024 - - -
There will be a Meeting on Wednesday 21st February, starting at 7.30pm in the Wirrabara Institute.

There is to be a Town Meeting in the Wirrabara Institute on Wednesday 7th February, starting at 7.00pm to discuss the possible future uses of the Wirrabara Primary School buildings and grounds.
Please come along and give your voice to an important asset in our town

The Wirrabara 'Art and Craft Spectacular' has been awarded the District Council of Mt Remarkable 'Community Event of the Year' for 2017.
The Award was presented by Deputy Mayor Vicky Morley to the main organizers of the event, Josie Burgess and Dawn Stevens, at the Australia Day Breakfast at Wongabirrie Park this morning.

On Friday night, 26th Jan, starting at around 8.00 - 8.30pm, the movie 'Bran Nue Day' (not my spelling!) will be screened at the Rotunda in Wongabirrie Park.
Opportunity for a balmy night out to relax and enjoy a movie.

Australia Day Breakfast will be held at Wongabirrie Park on Friday 26th January, starting at 8.00am
Judging for the annual Giant Yabby Competition will also take place.
